1. Return Window & Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Return Pickup Process

• Doorstep Collection: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier partner to collect the package directly from your address.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns: If you paid via COD, our agent will collect the item, and your refund will be transferred digitally via UPI or Bank Transfer after the item is inspected at our warehouse.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection at our facility.
